Residenza Domo is located in the centre of Porto Sant’Elpidio, you can get to the beach or the square in just a few minutes.
It is a modern and contemporary structure with elegant and essential furnishing.
It was the subject of a complete renovation completed in May 2014, using home automation systems, innovative technologies and renewable energies in order to qualify the building in energy class A.
Air conditioning with independent control for individual settings in each room for the summertime, underfloor heating system, low consumption lighting, induction cooktop are standard in each apartment, together with generous services and equipped balconies or terraces.
Access to the apartments is given by a personal card.
DOMO guarantees the total reduction of architectural barriers with access ramps and elevators.
Continuous maintenance keeps the ‘new’ look of the structure.

Residenza Domo has eight fully furnished apartments with equipped kitchen, bathroom with towels and hairdryer, equipped balcony/terrace, free Wi-Fi, independent air conditioning/heating, TV and safe.
Towels are changed in the middle of the week and bed linens are changed every week.
In the laundry there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer available free of charge for all guests.
In the summer months, guests can use the supplied bikes for free.
Small pets used to live at home are welcome.
Arriving by car there are a lot of public and free parking spaces near the structure.
We have an agreement with “TI ORO” bathing establishment; we book umbrellas and sunbeds for our guests.
